GOLF COURSE: Golfcrest Country Club was originally built in southeast Houston in 1927 and moved to its current location in Pearland in 1971. The club is owned by its membership and managed by Sterling Golf. The tree-lined course sits on 200 wooded acres and was designed by Joseph S. Finger. The old-school layout will prove to be a tough test for competitors in the 2019 Women’s Partnership, with narrow fairways, numerous water hazards and challenging green complexes. The course will be set up at approximately 5,277 yards for the championship.
